If necessary, you can set maximum limits on the total duration and timeout when idle during a session. Specify these settings on settings page in your personal account.

You can transfer any files both ways. There is a limit on the size of one transmitted file. Restrictions depend on service plan.

It is also possible to prohibit file transfer for a specific agent or a group of agents.
