For security reasons, the first time you launch the application on your Android device, you'll receive a notification indicating that the app will access your screen, including any information displayed on it.

To proceed, simply tap Start now.

Activate accessibility service

To enable remote desktop service on your Android device, you'll need to activate the Accessibility Service. This allows the system to read and interact with the device interface. Be sure to enable the service to ensure seamless functionality.

1. Tap Yes when the pop-up window appears indicating "Accessibility Service disabled".

2. Navigate to the Accessibility settings and select Getscreen.me Agent from the app list. Switch the slider to On and then return to the app.

Enable remote control of your device

Once you enable the Accessibility feature on your Android device, you'll need to grant Getscreen.me Agent permission to control your device.

When a pop-up appears requesting access to "view and control screen" and "view and perform actions", simply click Allow to proceed.

Allow access to storage

When you return to the agent app, you'll need to grant additional permissions to allow the Getscreen.me app to transfer files from your device.

1. A pop-up message titled "File access disabled" will appear. Select Yes to enable file transfers to and from your device.

2. In the following pop-up window, grant Getscreen.me Agent permission to access your photos and media by tapping Allow.

Step 5

Enable Display Over Other Apps

To allow Getscreen.me to show pop-up notifications over other applications, you need to follow these steps to enable it:

1. Select Yes to enable the "Display Over Other Apps" permission.

2. Go to the Display Over Other Apps section and choose Getscreen.me Agent from the list.

3. Toggle the slider to the On position.

The device will automatically appear in your personal account catalog.

This type of connection is ideal for accessing a customer's or another individual's personal remote Android device. Follow these steps to create an invitation using Quick Support in your personal account:

Enter the client's name and email address.

Send the invitation via email or share the link directly. Alternatively, you can provide the connection code, which can be entered on a dedicated connection page or through a widget on your website.

The client will receive an invitation page with a link to download the APK file.

Once the APK is installed, the agent app will launch automatically. Provide the First Installation Guide to ensure the setup is completed correctly.

In the agent app, select either the Fast or Permanent connection option.

Fast One-Time Connection

Need to connect with an Android device just once? Use the “Fast” tab in the app's bottom menu to generate a quick one-time connection link. This link expires in 30 seconds. If it does, just generate a new one to send.

Once the link is generated, share it with the operator using your preferred method by selecting the blue “Share Link” button. Options include:
