Proxy settings and WebSocket backup connection
  • Added a new type of connection using WebSocket, for cases when the connection via WebRTC is impossible.
  • Added proxy settings for Windows agent version
  • Added a Linux version for Remote Support agent
  • Added a new file manager in the connection window, with the ability to download files using Drag&Drop
  • Enabled automatic keyboard synchronization when connected to different partner locations
  • Adapted the connection window to the Vivaldi browser on Linux

Lots of stuff at once!

A lot of time has passed since the last news and it's time to tell you what's new with us:

About connection:

  • Keyboard synchronization - is an indispensable thing when connecting to computers with different operating systems or locale settings.
  • Pin and automatically hiding the control panel
  • Sending a password from the clipboard on the account login screen
  • Improved buffer-exchange synchronization when using different operating systems
  • Fixes on keyboard typing when connected to Linux

About dashboard:

  • Automatic login/logout for accounts on Windows agents when you start and finish connection
  • Accelerated generation and delivery of branded agents for MacOS and Windows

About agent:

  • Public version of MSI-installer of agents for Windows
  • Support for Ubuntu 16.04 for Linux agent

Integration with Telegram and HTTP API

Following remote support, we have published a section to integrate our solution into other platforms

The first platform to be integrated is Telegram. With the help of a special bot you can:

  • Manage computers directly from the messenger
  • Create deferred connections and send invitations to customers
  • Download files from computers

And for standalone integrations, an HTTP API with a detailed description of methods is already available.

Developers are planning to add integration with other HelpDesk platforms in the near future.

Remote Support

We haven't been heard in a long time, and we have prepared a lot of new things for you:

  • We want to thank you for your support at Product Hunt - it was cool
  • We released the promised Turbovisor, now it is called "Remote Support". We are now working on integrating into popular CRM and HelpDesk systems
  • We have published a separate Android application to enter your personal account on Google Play

Important news

We’re upgrading on April 10, 2020. That means we’re going to integrate paid plans for commercial use. Our free version isn’t going anywhere: all functions remain, but with some restrictions. Visit our designated page to learn about the rate plans.

Why Now?

The paid plans are caused by a higher demand and, consequently, increasing loads on our infrastructure: servers, developers, support teams. With limited resources, we can no longer serve new customers for free.

All earnings are going to be used for further development and integration of your suggestions. And most of all, we’re maintaining our service in these hard times when people all over the world who are under home quarantine need remote access even more.

We’re committed to keeping our work always at the high level.

What to Do?

If your operations exceed the limits of our free plan, you could upgrade in advance to avoid any disruptions when these restrictions take force.

Choose Rate Plan

You won’t lose your linked agents that exceed the limits of your plan. They will remain linked to your account but won’t be available for connection.

Chats

During an active session, you can write a text message to the participant in the session. To open a chat from a visor you need to use the button in the control panel. Chat is opened from the agent by command from the context menu in the tray.
