Auto translation of on-screen text

With text auto recognition and translation, you can serve foreign customers even faster! You no more need to copy and retype the text in a separate tab with Google Translate.

If you provide support to your clients like I do, then this is a God send. I briefly tested it today and it seems to work quite well, though my test was on my own network between two systems. I looked for a way to reduce the screen quality to conserve bandwidth and thereby increase connection snappiness, but I don't think that option exists (or I didn't see it). I haven't conducted an extensive test but I intend to do it very soon.I sincerely hope that Getscreen.me will be around for a while. Thank you Getscreen.me team. All the best to you!

Prodotto molto ben ingegnerizzato, elegante e con ottime funzionalità di connessione remota e assistenza. Il pannello di controllo centrale è strutturato molto bene, questo permette velocemente di concentrarsi sulle soluzioni e sulla connessione di assistenza remota. La possibilità di registrare i video dell'assistenza remota è molto utile. Inoltre la possibilità di avere lo storico delle connessioni con timestamp e i link a scadenza dopo il termine della sessione sono utilissimi. Ho lavorato con molti software simili, ma Getscreen.me è il migliore in assoluto.

Telegram and HTTP API integration

Following the remote support, we’ve published a section for integration of our solution into other platforms.

The first platform to be integrated is Telegram. With a special bot, you can:

  • Manage desktops directly from the messaging app
  • Create deferred connections and send invites to clients
  • Download files from desktops

And HTTP API with a detailed description of methods is already available for standalone integrations.

We’re planning to add ready-made integrations into other HelpDesk platforms in the near future.

Important news

We’re upgrading on April 10, 2020. That means we’re going to integrate paid plans for commercial use. Our free version isn’t going anywhere: all features remain, but with some restrictions. Visit our designated page to learn more about the rate plans.

Why now?

The paid plans are caused by a higher demand and, consequently, increasing loads on our infrastructure: servers, developers, and support teams. With limited resources, we can no longer serve new customers for free.

All earnings are going to be used for further development and integration of your suggestions. And most of all, we’re maintaining our service in these hard times when people all over the world who are under home quarantine need remote access even more.

We’re committed to keeping our work always at the high level.

What to do?

If your operations exceed the limits of our free plan, you could upgrade in advance to avoid any disruptions when these restrictions take force.

Choose rate plan

You won’t lose your linked agents that exceed the limits of your plan. They will remain linked to your account, but won’t be available for connection.
